Who is eligible? Pastry Chefs, Bakers, Caterers, Restaurants, Culinary School Staff and
Students.
Why the event is held? This event is our major fund raiser to support out clients in Art
Therapy programs. Whether our clients have had a stroke, received a traumatic spinal
cord injury, are recovering from addictions, have suffered from abuse, or turn to art as a
creative wellness outlet, art therapy provides self-expression and the opportunity for
tremendously valuable healing and growth.
Benefit to you? Prizes totaling over $2000 will be awarded, including a $500 cash prize to
Best in Show. This is the premier dessert competition in Northeast Ohio and a chance for
your pastry chef or dessert specialty to shine in front of 300 guests!
